I recently built my PC and i'm playing games on high to epic no problem. I have installed a CPU temp monitor just in case of any problems. when i'm playing games my CPU is around 75 Celsius, I have 4 fans, one on the rear, one on the top and two on the front. I've read some forums that tell me when my CPU gets to 80 I should get worried.

my specs are:
MOBO: gigabyte x570 UD
CASE: Cooler master MB520
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: radeon rx 580 Strix
RAM: corsair vengence 16gb 3200mhz'
storage: 512gb 970 pro ssd
PSU: cooler master mwe bronze 550

Should i be worried or should i buy some more fans?

You have until 85C really. Over that isn't good long term.
So there's still some headroom left; the cpu isn't overheating.

Adding more fans probably won't change much; it sounds like you already have the ideal setup in that case.
75C in game temps are fine - about the only reason to replace the 3600's stock cooler is the noise.
