Question cpu temperature 44degrees celsius internet browsing

so i have my cpu temp go 42-44celcius while browsing internet and watching videos (idle cpu temp is 40-42),
on bios cpu temp is 29-33celsius. even with max fan rpm it still about 40celsius.
im new to gaming pc's and im worried that is too high cpu temp for internet browsing.
while gaming cpu is around 60celsius (gpu while gaming is 60celsius), so is this too high temp for cpu?
should i buy better cpu cooler?

pc:

cpu: amd ryzen 5 2600 (stock cooler, wraith stealth)
mobo: msi b450 gaming plus
psu: corsair cx450
ram: gskill trident z 16gb 3200mhz
gpu: msi geforce gtx 1060 3gb
case has very good airflow, with side panel open

With stock heat sinks those temps are fine.

However, you can improve the airflow by actually closing the side panel.

As long as your cpu temps are under 80c while gaming, you are 100% safe.
40c is actually great for internet browsing.

now im having around 42c while watching videos with 100% cpu fan speed, with 50% or 25% its about 50c

You could've just bought a 212 evo and got better temps for 30$.
