CPU Temperature And Laptop Shutting Down

Hello i want to ask something....so lets start from the beggining i bought an Asus Laptop before some months and it started having problems with sound-video and it was shutting down without asking me and restarted again so i took it back to the shop and they gave me another one and i have the same problems with this one too.....................(i saw other people complaining about same problems on asus laptops on the internet) so i decided to download a program and see the temperature of my CPU and it goes 94°C MAX only with some apps open like (Netflix,Firefox,Chrome) is this normal? PLEASE HELP IM VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!

Assuming you are getting a true temp reading ... that is way too hot. When the temp gets up toward that temp - is the high speed fan kicking in and ... if you put your hand near the air exhaust vent ...does it feel very, very hot?

I can hear the fun running but not its not that hot.....i think!!!!

It doesn't sound to me like it is anywhere near 94 c ... at that temp the fan should be blasting out very hot air.

Can you down load Core Temp (free) and see what it says about temp?
