Recently i noticed an increase in my CPU temperature
it used to be around 36 degrees Celcius but now its constant at 44 and the smallest things send it to 50.

Browsing Firefox or Youtube used to keep it at 44 degrees
The load on my CPU also doesn't go higher than 2% when it gets warmer

My CPU is a Ryzen 9 3900XT
My CPU Cooler is a Corsair H150i Elite Capellix 360mm liquid cooler
The fans i have in my case are 7 Corsair ML120 Pro 120CFM and 2: 140mm ML140 Pro 97CFM
The case i own is a Corsair 5000D Airflow

3fans are attached to my Radiator wich is mounted to the top for exhaust
1 in the back for exhaust
3fans on the side for intake
and the 2 in the front for intake

All of my PC parts are less than a year old.
I haven't done anything weird in my BIOS and i checked for Viruses on my PC

This was from a few months ago

And this is it now

My FAN options for the 3 fans attached to the Cooler

Now what i did see was that when i go in Task Manager it says my GPU is running at 4.10 / 4.20GHZ
But im sure it should be running at 3.8ghz
I have no idea how accurate Task Manager is with it though.

If anyone wants to help out it would be much apriciated!

That CPU should run up to 4.7GHz on one core and up to 4.4GHz on rest of cores. At idle (1-2% usage) most cores should be in sleep state and minimal frequency at or under 1GHz. Anything over and frequency will jump up and with it voltages and temps.
I would suggest you use program like Ryzen Master to see what cores are doing what

Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard? What OS are you working with? Perhaps there's dirt or debris clogging some of the fins on the radiator...?

Oh right my bad, totally forgot to add that in the info
I got a X570 Aorus Elite, Working on W10. Im currently checking out all the new stuff for the BIOS, seems like i got Version F33 and there is a Version F37 out now.
I clean my PC every 2 weeks so im sure its not a dust issue.
