CPU temperature goes up and down

Hi,
I have 6700k with hyper 212 and I'm noticing that the temperature of the cpu cores aren't stable.
I used Afterburner and Core Temp and the results were close. There are always one or two (rotating) cores with +50C (just using chrome) and the rest almost -30C.
The CPU temperature is 40-55!
While gaming it reaches 65C at most which I think is acceptable (not good but not bad?).
3 days ago, the maximum while gaming was 57C and in idle or using the chrome it was ~30C. I don't know if there is something wrong or it is OK.

The rotating is normal. That is Windows switching cores to level the wear of each core when only 1 thread is used. Your temps looks fine as well so no need to worry.

Didn't you think that cpu temperature is a bit high while using chrome?
I checked task manager and only %14 of cpu is used (%13 of it used by windows update even while no update is installing or downloading?)
Also while playing just cause 3 it reaches 65c with hyper evo 212 installed. Isn't a bit high? (I'm new to pc)

You should not look what temps are using chrome but what they are gaming or do a stress test to see temps under full load.
How many case fans do you have and how are they placed?

I have H440. 3 in fans in the front and 3 out ( 1 in the back and 2 in the top)
The case came with 4 fans and I add 2 (in the top)
