CPU temperature going too high after BIOS reset

I reseted my BIOS and after that, CPU temperature is going up to 95 degrees (Celsius) while playing CSGO. Before BIOS reset there was no cpu overheating.

CPU: Intel i7 4770 @ 3.40Ghz

Idle temperature is about 45 degrees while there is only Chrome open.

Check what voltage it's using. I'm guessing it's too high.

The voltage is going from 0.670V to about 1.150V while on idle. Information for that is gathered with CPU-Z. There were no options for changing voltages on my BIOS. My bios is AMI 80.11 by American megatrends (dated 2.8.2013). Bios-model is UEFI.

Hope someone can help with this. When googling "how to change cpu voltage" every answer is like "You do not need to change your CPU voltage" or "Don't do that".

And the temperatures:
Idle (only Google Chrome and Discord): 50-60 degrees Celsius
While playing CS:GO: 80-95 degrees Celsius

That 95 sounds very worrying for me so i would really need to find solution for this.
