Question Cpu temperature help

Hi,

Ive just assembled a new pc with an I5 9400F and Corsair H60 Water Cooler. I use it mainly for financial calculations and optimization, and i get 100% usage in all cores for the whole time. Im getting average CPU temperature of 56 degrees celsius. It runs for many hours, sometimes days. Is that temperature safe and ok?

Things are quite normal If use a better paste and case fans will be lower. But 56 degrees celsius is okay.

any thing under 80 c is ok max temp can be 100 c once it hits that it will throttle its self to avoid damage

its fine even if it touches 70s degree C under full load for after extended period of time is just fine.

So if i change the stock thermal paste that came with the H60, it's going to perform better? Should i use TIM?

thermal grizzly thermal paste is pretty great considering your below 60 c i would consider it perfectly fine but up to you 😁

I think the current temperature is quite normal, so you can change the thermal paste several months later
