Question Cpu temperature idling high on laptop

Hello

As of right now I would like some help with what to do, I don't want for my laptop to die due to high cpu temperature. The thermal paste was changed not too long ago, and the fans aren't clogged up with dust, and the air blown from the fans is warm, hottest place on my laptop is somewhere around ~40C. The fans are always on and blowing air.

PC - DELL G7 15 7590
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

Not sure how to read that but does that show almost 27% cpu usage and you say your idling?
