CPU Temperature intel core 2 quad q9550

Hello my CPU is intel core 2 quad q9550.
After 15 hours of gaming I get like 55-60C temp on load.
I need to know if the temps are ok and If 15 hours of CPU use going to damage the CPU even if the temps are fine.

55-60 degrees is perfectly fine for a CPU to be running at, and checking the operating temperatures for that CPU, it's within that and non-damaging. 15 Hours is quite a bit, but it shouldn't effect/damage the CPU.
