Cpu Temperature problem

Hi. Everytime I turn on my pc, the cpu average temperature is already at 90++°c. Can someone help me to solve the problem?

Specs: Intel Core i7-7700k CPU@.. 4.20 GHz

Possible causes:

• Improper cooler;
  improperly installed cooler;
  faulty cooler (AIO with dead pump).

What cooler are you using btw?
