cpu temperature rises to 104

i think its the virus which increases my cpu temperature. my processor is i5-3570k .In normal mode it goes up to 43% to 47% when i am not doing anything . when i check in task manager i see 1 process using cpu -25 in (task manager processes) i close it the cpu comes down to 0%-1% then after few seconds it again rises to 45% and the virus goes in some other process (skype,poweriso,teamviewer) how can i permanently get rid of this thing?

if its a really bad virus you may have to do a fresh install of windows. but ive heard of a program called malwarebytes (i think thats the correct spelling) havent used the program before though but it should take care of malware on the computer.

Run malwarebytes and install avast and scan your system. Also are you overclocking at all ? If possible use HItman pro...

104f sounds normal.. also Those spikes may just be background processes doing their thing.
