When i play games and my CPU temperature goes more than 58C the CPU temperature sensor stop showing the temperature neither AIDA64 shows the temperature neither the BIOS until the temperature goes back to less than 58C. What is the problem CPU or Motherboard? And is there any solution to this... :??: Thanks! ...and sorry for my English!

Never heard of that happening before. Btw, How are you checking the temp in BIOS when you are gaming?
FX processors have an accuracy problem when they are not at load, but that doesn't sound like your issue. The preferred way to monitor CPU Core temps with an AMD FX processor is with AMD OverDrive. Try it and see if the issue is till present.

Btw, I just ordered that Fatal1ty MB for my FX-8350. I wasn't happy with the OC'ing ability of my Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3. How is the OC'ing with that board?

And for me this is the first time that i encounter this kind of problems 10yrs now i built my PCs but for a first time i have such a problem. And AMD OverDrive dont show the temp i try bunch of programs the result is the same, temperature sensor stop working after 58C....

To check the temperature in BIOS is simple, just reset button and then DEL button 😀

Today i change the thermal paste and it seems that the problem is fixed for now.....

BTW i enconter the problem on this motherboard! I made a huge mistake to change my GA-990FXA-UD5 (rev. 3.0) with this peace of junk AsRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer.... :fou: For OC ability there is plenty of choices but im not happy with this motherboard i prefer my old UD5...
