CPU temperature spiking on one core

Hi, i have notebook with intel i5 520m cpu and its randomly restarting. After bit searching i found it is because there is very high temperature on one of cpu cores, spiking between 80 and 105 C, but all other cores have much lower temperature without spikes, about 50 without load and same is for cpu package. I tried applying new paste but nothing changed, have anyone solution to this?

Can you hear the CPU fan spin up to a high RPM when the CPU starts to heat up?

If not, your fan is likely failing.

Fan is fine, it starts slow but once nb realizes there is high temperature on cpu it goes to full speed but blows cold air, and thats what bothers me most bcs it is very loud.

This sounds like the thermal paste is not spread evenly.

Please find the service manual for your model, disassemble it to get the CPU cooler off and replace the thermal paste.

It is spread correctly, after i found temperature spiking, i applied new paste and made sure its on whole cpu.
