CPU temperature up to 75 degrees celsius

The CPU temperature will go up to 70-77 degrees Celsius when rendering 3D image or video. I want to know that would the CPU be damaged if keep that high temperature for a long time (e.g 8 hours)

What's your system spec?

If it's intel, that temp is within safe limits under load

The CPU is not gonna damage anytime soon even if it hits more then 100'C+ it will just shut down the pc but it wont do any damage
Heat only Reduce the life of your PC components it wont just damage it

Do you mean that under my situation, the high temperature (70 - 77C) will seriously shorten my computer lifespan?

It's not really going to hurt the CPU.

However if you are going to be doing these things a lot then you may want to upgrade your cooler to the NH U12S.

It will cool much better than the L9X65.
