Question Cpu temperature

My processor is i3 8th gen. I use a normal cooling fan.
CPU temperature stays average 40-42 deg without low load, and it increase to 50 deg sometime when i play game.
Last night I saw 60 deg when i was watching twitch then i started a external fan to cool it down and it worked.
Today i cleared little dust around CPU's general area. Now its at 39 deg to 43 deg while i'm writing this. It will go up when i play game though.
Can someone please help me about whether my cooling fan is not enough or it was the little dust that caused temperature spike.

60°c is perfectly fine for the cpu i ussune you are using an intel stock cooler?

Hello,

As said before, 60 ° C is not a high temperature for a processor such as an 8th generation i3. However, if you have the original fan, a type "Cooler Master Hyper 212X" should be more than enough to gain a few degrees.

Yes its a stock Intel cooler, which i get for free, I asked that if i need a better cooler, but they said its ok with stock cooler.

Stock coler is fine, the hyper 212, or similars air coolers are good budget options which are way better than stock one.

Then again as others wrote here, 60° is fine, do you live in a hot place ?, whats your avg room temp when reading this temps?, How many fans does your case have ?
