Recently I have been worrying because of my CPU performance. It begins at normal sort of activity to heat up. Yesterday temps were at 80, towards 90, which scared me really bad.

Of course, this happened since I've installed my new Seagate HDD of 1 TB. I have been transferring files in it and this process seemed a bit harsh on the CPU, but I don't think this might have been the problem. I've also been sent some installing kit files for engineering software from a colleague and while trying to download it, my BitDefender detected a Trojan within it ( I didn't receive any update until I opened the anti-virus, thank God it was turned on at least... ). The point where the temps went crazy high were when I opened CCleaner and Malwarebytes to do a routine clean-up and that almost melted the CPU. Now it's... quite okay... I'm kinda concerned that my CPU doesn't run at a regular, good 35's.

Notice in this screenshot, these are the temperatures while installing a game. I didn't think this was okay :

While now, after some minutes of writing this thread and the finish of the download, the temps are like this :

Please give me some tips on what I should do to improve the activity and cool down the CPU. Even if it means bad news for my constantly connected Seagate HDD.

Thank you!

EDIT : Maybe I might be too worried, but I'm asking the community just in case. I want to make sure everything is all right on the long-term. Maybe I am actually doing something wrong.
