CPU Temperatures and heatsinks

Hello,
I have an FX 8350, and a Corsair H100. I have read that normal idle temps with this aio liquid cooler are around 40c to 45c. However, my temps are 23c to 24c and my room temps are 21 to 22c. I realize that full load temperatures are more important but I thought these idle temps were pretty good. Im using artic silver 5 thermal paste, and 2 stock fans that came with the cooler and 2 cougar fans at 100% speed. Just curious to everyone's thoughts.
