CPU Temperatures concerns

I was wondering what was even a safe temperatures for my CPU and everything in general. since from what MSI afterburner says that my CPU max temp was 119F and 81 at the lowest..

Most people use Celcius when referring to hardware temperatures.
Your max temp of 119F is 48c, and you low temp of 81F is 27c. Both temperatures are very good.
Not sure what CPU you have exactly, but anything below 80c is safe. You're nowhere near the area of concern.
