[SOLVED] CPU temps abnormally high

My CPU temps are abnormally high I saw performance decrease for like 3 weeks but just now I thought about checking the temps and surprize in idle I have 64-70 degrees and full load it stay constantly at 95-100, I even changed the thermal pastes
now I just think about getting a new cpu since I feel like is it time for a upgrade anyway and obiously a new cooler, is there any other solution to try before going all the way?

EDIT: not even full load when it get used like 24% the degrees are at 98-100

Artic Alpine 12, I didn't got a better one since my i3 10100f don't require a powerful cooler, I have it since April 2019 and I had 48-50 idle and 65-70 full load

That's a dinky cooler! Try cleaning of old thermal paste and apply fresh.

I already did but, but I still have the same temperature, I reseted the bios as well maybe I did a settings and messed up, but not the case

That cooler uses the terrible Intel design push pins. Make sure all 4 pins are securely attached through the motherboard. Or spend $30 on a Thermalright assassin 120

I have a problem with 1 pin since is not going all the way in my motherboard, since I got my new b460 d3h, that one single pin is not going all the way in, to mention I still had it with 3 pins in and had no problems with it

That means your thermal paste is having little effect.

You can fight the pin problem or get a cooler that uses a different mechanism.

I can try to fight it a little bit more, if is still not going to get in I will go with another cooler and upgrade my cpu as well

I changed the thermal paste again and put every cooler pin correctly and seems like is good now 31 degrees idle 51 full load
