Try different program or set offset. Don't ask why but i like to keep the windows open at home, so it's a bit chilly. By a bit i mean its -25 outside and the windows are open...... All the energy the CPU uses will turn into heat so impossible to be cooler than ambient unless you are using refrigeration as cooling! Upvote 0 Downvote
