i had a similar post recently. although i did not get definitive answers, your core temps are high, esp at idle, but you cpu temp is probably only at either 46 or 32 from your speedfan reading. if you open up hwmonitor again, besides the core temps, there are also a few temps above it with weird names. one of them should be your cpu temp (compare it to cpu temp in bios to determine which one). just like speedfan, the other one if probably mobo chipset. the cpu temp has a max temp of 62 for new phenoms, but core temps can go higher.
my cpu temp is around 42-44c playing games, but core temps can hit 58-60c. at idle, my cpu temp is about 37c and core temps 44c.
since your numbers are a little high, try to reapply thermal paste (artic silver5) and reseat your heatsink.
