CPU temps help please!

I recently bought an AMD Athlon X4 860K for my Asus A88XM Plus mobo, along with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo to go with it. I'm currently running it at 4.0Ghz and 1.4V (stock volts). I've had no crashes and everything seems to be working fine. I've used different software to measure temps inlcuding HWinfo, Speedfan, Core Temp etc. All give me idle temps of around 32 degrees and highest of 49 at full load with Prime95. But in HWinfo under my CPU, I get a CPU 0 Package temp of around 80+ degrees at full load. I reinstalled my cooler a different way and reapplied thermal paste and got lower temps everywhere else apart from CPU 0 Package again. Should I be worried, any advice? Cheers.

Sorry I did, but forgot to mention that AMD Overdrive doesn't seem to work for me. When I try to launch it it restarts my PC. Tried an older version and it says my CPU isn't supported. Don't know why because I'm sure I've read other people with my CPU using it.
