CPU Temps high

Solution
yeah, that's way too high (assuming it's reporting it's temps correctly, though I suspect it's not reporting temps correctly. first try updating your bios to see if the temps are reported correctly, then try RyzenMaster software to see if different temps are reported.)

ASSUMING its not a software glitch, it looks like the cpu cooler isn't secured properly (or the fan died on it) Pop off the side of the case and visually inspect the CPU fan, see if it's running. Next lick your finger and touch the heatsink attached to the cpu cooler. Next lick your finger and touch the heatsink attached to the cpu cooler. If there is a bad connection with the cpu it should be warm/close to room temp, if it's connected properly with the cpu, those heatsink fins will be hot enough to boil water (which is why you lick your finger first, so you can hear the spit sizzle and pull your hand back before you burn yourself)

If the fan is running but there is a bad "connection" between the cpu cooler and cpu, you'll need to "reseat" the cpu cooler. power off your pc, remove the cpu cooler (there should be 4 obvious screws for it) use isopropyl alcohol (90% rubbing alcohol) and some q-tips to clean the connection surface on both the cpu cooler and the "top" of the cpu (dunk the qtips in the alcohol, don't pour it on the parts directly). The metal on both parts should shine when fully cleaned. Get a thermal contact past like Arctic Silver http://www.arcticsilver.com/as5.htm, on an AMD cpu you need a bead of the thermal paste no bigger then a green pea in the middle of the CPU's contact surface. Press the cooler down on the contact surface DO NOT ROCK the cpu cooler (that will create air bubbles in between the contact surfaces). Secure the cooler's screws. Power on the system and see what happens to the temps.

If the fan's fine, and there is no problem with the heatsink's connection you'll need a different CPU cooler as that one just isn't doing it's job.
