cpu temps hits (52) when idling

Hi everyone as you can see on the title my cpu is i5 4670k and my cooler is h100i v2 and its hitting 52c when idling is this normal

It ins't normal. With this cooler you can get max. 30C in idle... Do you have put a right quantity of thermal paste?

You should see 10-15c. over ambient.
Your cooler is not functioning properly, it is mounted poorly, or the radiator is starved for cooling airflow.

the thermal paste is pre applied at the cooler + i buy it in 2016 and from that time until month ago its really good but month ago the temps went up to 52c

Sounds like your pump might be clogged or malfunctioning.
Paste does lose effectiveness over time, but not by much.

Another possibility is that the water block is no longer quite as snug to the cpu.
