Cpu temps jumping

So i installed some new arctic silver thermal paste and my idle temps jump from like 25 celcius to 35 and then back down instantly, the highest its went to was 47. All these are idle. I have the ryzen 1500x with the stock cooler. Yesterday i ran prime 95 for 10 minutes and the temp never went over 75 degrees. Am i good to go or is something wrong ? I don't understand why the idle temps jump 10 degrees and then back down

Temps even on idle can fluctuate a bit which is completely normal, even mine (last time I checked) bounced between 28C-36C during idle. As long as your CPU during tasks such as gaming or editing don't exceed 80C for a extended period of time you'll be fine.
