CPU temps keep jumping up and down

Just overclocked my Ryzen 5 2600 4.00GHz , and my temperatures will go down to 35-30c and then suddenly rise up to 40-45c. This all happens every 5-10 seconds. I know my cooler (cryorig h5) is perfectly capable of cooling my system since it does drop down to 30c. Could it be my cpu fan curve?

Update: When im doing absolutely nothing i do idle at a solid 35c. But as soon as I move my mouse and do anything my temps shoot up 10c then go back down then shoot up again. All in a span of 10ish seconds.

That is pretty much normal. You might increase the CPU Cooler fan RPM a little to lower the temperatures at idle.
