Get a better cooler?

Decide you are going to worry less about temperatures?

Get a different case with better airflow?

You don't provide many details, so we can't help much with what you have said.
i will do anything bro liquid metal Delidding etc just name it

First try with pump and fan at full speed. 70c is not too high but should try to keep up to 60c for best automatic boost. It also may help to have radiator at front as intake, hoses at bottom of radiator and matching fan(s) as exhaust in the case.

  1. You can set your fan curves higher so that your AIO fans are moving more air at the potential cost of more noise
  2. You can buy better fans for your AIO
  3. you can buy a better cooler
(120mm AIOs are a sour spot for temperature, price, and noise compared to 240/280/360 AIOs or good air coolers)
  4. You can buy better thermal paste to shave a degree or two
  5. You can accept that 70° during gaming is perfectly fine and will in no way damage your CPU or its life span
