CPU temps not showing properly in hardware monitors

So my build consists of an AMD A10 7850K at stock speeds with a cooler master seidon 120v v2 (an AIO liquid cooler) and i get an idle temp of 60c but it doesnt stay there, it constantly fluctuates roughly 10c and doesnt stay constant. What it will do is slowly within around 20 seconds go down to 52c and then spike up to 60c when there are no programs running even in the background. The coolers radiator is cool to the touch and the problem consists in many hardware monitors i try. I have tried re-seating the cooler and no luck, i even got the old cpu heatsink out which is really bad with the same idl temps. I have 2 front mounted fans with one read and one top mounted fan with the rear having the AIO on it. I honestly have no idea whats going on and I was hoping to overclock this cpu to reach its full potential but i dont feel comfortable doing that with no proper temp readings.

Any help would be great, Thanks, Sam

50-60°C thermal margins at idle are very good; the larger they are, the cooler the CPU cores are. Ideally you don't want them lower than 10°C at full load; at 0°C the CPU is throttling.

Im not sure if this is working properly for me either, under prime95 stress testing for more than 30mins with the cpu pinned at 100% i stay at +37 ish thermal margin which i dont honestly think is true, if it is true then im very very impressed because this aio must be doing quite a lot of cooling. But sadly +37 doesnt seem realistic at all. just to note the spiking issue has been resolved and the temps have been steady with only realistic movement of temp
