CPU temps on the high side

When gaming I see that the core temps go up to and stay around 67 degrees C, which I a bit high, I think. When torture testing the CPU with Prime, the temps go up to 70 C. Is this something that's worth worrying about? The room temperature is quite cool this time of the year too.

The hardware I'm using:
Motherboard: M5A97 LE R2.0
AMD Phenom II x4 965BE at stock settings (it's set to Auto in BIOS)
Cooler Master TX3 EVO (I bought it because it's 100x quieter than the stock cooler)
The thermal paste is the one that came in the box with the cooler.

I know most people will recommend the 212 Evo, but sadly it won't fit my case (not enough headroom for the heatsink).

Not sure about the core voltage (I haven't touched it at all), but it doesn't seem go over 1.356 in CPU-Z.

Solution
Max temp on that cpu is 99C, so you are well below that. Stress at 70 is actually pretty damn good and 67 gaming is good also.

Your cooler is fine.

Leave it as is unless you see temps over 85C.
