CPU temps too high while gaming!!!

Hi,
Here are my specs:

CPU - i7 4790k (not OC)
PSU - Corsair CX750M
GPU - Windforce gtx 970 gaming1
MB - ASRock H97M Pro4
RAM - 16GB DDR3
COOLING - Corsair Hydro H75

When i play SQUAD (High performance game) my CPU temp goes up to 80-82 C*
I already changed the thermal paste but there is no change at all, the CPU is not even overclocked and the voltage is quite low 1.099V (The fans are in performance mode!!!!)
Core speed is 3997.64 MHz and my Max TDP is 88.0 W
Help please 🙁

No, but what is the peak temperature at full load, e.g., running Prime95 Small FFTs for a few minutes? Does it get as high as 100°C? If so, then either the pump isn't running at full speed or the case may not offer good enough cooling. 80-82°C while gaming isn't a concern.

The pumps should be cold?
btw i have not checked before, i just found this problem by checking the temps for curiosity while i was playing

I used Prime95 to check the peak temperature at full load, the peak is 77 C*

It is the version 29.4, the latest one
