I agree that's fine.
My 2600 running at 4 GHz idles between 27-30 C (depending on my room temperature) and maxes out around 55-56C after a few hours of gaming.
That cooler is pretty beefy and has Dual fans and 6 pipes so it should easily handle OCing a 2600.
My cooler is only a 4 pipe, dual fan cooler and my temps are very good OC'd to 4 GHz.
^ yep depending on his room temperature I don't think it would get much above 50C.
My room temp stays around 20-22C (68-70 F) Mine maxes out around 55-56C after hours of gaming with 40-60% CPU load.
