My cpu is i5 9600k and im confused if my temps are good. Im running without overclock and my temps are 27-31 idle and 58 - 60 under 100% load. When im playing Pubg dont go above 55. I want to know is my system running properly with this temps.

Those temperatures are well within operating temperatures. If the CPU is over 90 degrees Celsius that is a problem.

I use CPUID CPU-Z to do my stress test and its perfectly fine it just stresses your temp to max but when playing games your temps will be diffrent then what stress test shows!. Your gaming temps are pefectly healthy!
When im playing the difference is the temps spikes 42-47 on 60-70% and 50-55 on 80-90%

If you check above my reply for the tool im using for stress test you know if its good?
I know Aida64 is a good stress tester for the CPU. It is free for 30 days. Make sure when you stress test the CPU, ensure that the top 4 check boxes are checked, which are CPU, FPU, Cache, and RAM. Do NOT check local disk or GPU, they wont help you at all. If you were stress testing the GPU, I would only check the GPU checkbox and leave everything else unchecked.
