Get a better heatsink
Get a bigger or faster fan
Remove the case cover
Remove the case cover and aim a room fan into the open case
Leave the case cover on and improve the flow through the case with case fans

case temp 34 F 1 C cpu idle 38 F 3 C full load 42 F 5.56 C
