cpu temputure problem

my cpu is a i7-7700k and when i render videos my cores range from 70_80c is that good

Yes. It will run, but don't be doing much else. It may get dangerously close to frying, so maybe get some better cooling.

Ah. Pretty much the same as I said. As long as you keep it about >70 then you're fine. But still, extra cooling wouldn't hurt.
