CPU thermal paste Change?

hello guys i have a question about my cpu its an i5 4690 and uses intel stock cooler i use it mainly for gaming and it never exceeded 63-64 degrees so when do i have to change the thermal paste? its already running one year with same paste-cooler and still running cool(safe) im afraid to touch the cpu and generally mess with it so can the cpu handle about 2 more years with same paste and cooler? i clean my pc every 6 months but only the dust not paste and stuff. To sum things up
is it necessary to change the paste? or can it keep up 2 more years without overheating? and i will also clean the dust every 6 months

You should only need to change it if you see an increase in temperatures over your normal operations. Your more likely to upgrade your CPU to something else before changing the paste on it.
