Question CPU Throttle in FIFA but not when stress test and other games

I have problem, my CPU throttle when play FIFA but not when stress test or play other games.

I tried change nvidia control panel settings but it does nothing

CPU : AMD FX-6300 3,5GHz
GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB
RAM: 8GB PC3-12800 DDR3 SDRAM Nanya Technology M2F8G64CB8HC5N-DI
Motherboard : MSI 760GM-P23(FX) (MS-7641)
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro x64
HDD: Seagate ST3750525AS 750 GB
Power Supply : LC600H-12 600W

Yes, but at moments clocks drop to 300MHz, 80MHz,40MHz, 800MHz etc.

Then game slows down, fps drops

Don't use HW Monitor for FX cpu temps, as it doesn't read them correctly. Use either:
-AMD Overdrive
-Core Temp. But you must make a change in the options so the program reads the temps as 'distance from TJ Max'.

Max operating temp for the FX-6300 is 70C.
