hello pc enthusiast community!
I just built my computer and have had it for about 1 year now running great. then one day i noticed heavy fps drops with it going normal fps then drops down for a couple seconds ( 90 fps down to 60 fps on bf4 low settings...i should be getting 90-110 fps on low )then goes back up to normal and does this every 15 seconds or so which for me is annoying because i can notice the difference in frames. i wanted to see if the problem was hardware or software, so i put in my os cd and reload windows and all drivers etc. still the problem persist. i swapped out the ram, psu gpu and the problem is still there, so the only thing that is left would be the cpu throttling itself down right? i dont have an extra cpu to swap out to diagnose the problem. i still have 2 years left on my warranty should i just rma the damn thing? could my psu be effecting my components in my pc build, because i didn't know this at the time but thats a tier 4 psu ( pretty shit ). i didnt overclock any parts in my build. any advice or info would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!
