So a few days ago it started to thermal throttle on me again dropping me from 75fps to 30.
I googled abit myself but im not great at this so i'm trying to get some answers on here.

These are my temps when i have rocket league and forza horizon 4 open, vrm sometimes goes up to 36 but that's it.
I recently got the problem back for some reason no idea what could be the cause, i'm guessing the motherboard but the vrm temps are fine though..
My cooler is a scythe mugen aircooler and the temps of cpu never get hot, around 44-47 celcius while gaming
I had this problem when i changed some bios settings to boost this 8350 to 4.1 ghz (wich didn't do much) only give the thermal throttle like alot. When i changed back to regular settings it was completely fine and never lagged again.
I have a old system my specs are 10gb ddr3 amd fx 8350 with a gtx 1050ti, the board is a asus m5a78l-m/usb3.
