CPU Throttling Help

I have a Q9400 here. When i test it in Aida64 Extreme in stock speed (2.66) in stock cooler. I see throttling after 10secs of test. Ive search for some solution and i saw something about adjusting the maximum power state in power options. But when i do that option is missing in my computer

Its probably overheating. The stock coolers with those chips aren't very good.

Yep, i got a new cooler for my cpu and test again in aida64 for 10mins. My new temps @max is 53 c. Cool thanks
