Question CPU throttling, Temps are fine ?

computer is taking a dump, heres a pic of hardware monitor Edit: It jumps from 4000 to 1800 to 3400 to 2400 or something around that, figured that should help

Check those temps again with AMD Overdrive. Temperature readings using other applications tend to be kinda odd on older AMD cpus.

Nake sure your motherboard is up to the cpu.
