Question CPU throttling?

Hello guys. Let me first state the system I use.

motherboard : asrock 970 extreme4
ram : 32gb 1333mhz
cpu : fx8350
power : 450watt
ssd : 2x 120gb
hdd : 160gb
vga : hd6570 2gb 128bit

my problem;
if i run my cpu in auto settings, cpu momentarily throttles in torture test. but if I uv my processor, if I lower 3.5ghz 1.25v, it doesn't throttle. I put a small fan on all the irons on the motherboard and tried it. it still does the throttling. the best setting is 3.5ghz 1.25v.

What is causing the throttling? can someone help me?

Likely VRM throttling. That board has a very weak power delivery setup not suited firva 125w cpu. Kinda surprised it's still alive as most boards with weak VRMs tended not to last long with the 125w AM3 cpus.

games freezing etc. I am not having problems.
3.5ghz / 1.25v works fine in settings
What do you think about the idle and load values?
1 hour test result at load

I have the fx6100 backup processor and the fx8350 that I am currently using. fx6100 works fine on stock settings. fx8350 works without dimming with uv settings. Which one do you think makes sense?

Underclocking was a common fix for VRM throttling.
