Question CPU throttling ?

Hey there, I have a Ryzen 7 5800x with a Thermalright Assassin King 120 cooler , when in idle i get around 40/45°C but when i open CS2 , or Fifa , it goes to high 80's or low 90's and the CPU starts throttling to reduce temperature. I just cleaned it , changed thermal paste, and it keeps doing it, any more advices?

get better cooler? preferably twin tower cooler

or you could limit wattage (PPT) in bios settings/ryzen master

Very inadequate cooler, even my 360 AIO has trouble keeping under 80c at full load. If your BIOS has option, set TDP to 65W and try lowering voltage with Curve Optimizer.

Yh , i was thinking about changing both the cooler and my case, but i just got a back injury and cant work for a while , need to try and use bios to solve at least some of the problem
