Question CPU to GPU Bottleneck

Will my CPU (Ryzen 5 2600) bottleneck my new GPU (RX 6600xt)? Im playing on 1080p 165hz
when I play Dota 2 my fps doesnt drop down, maybe a little bit when Im in clash, Im also playing on High settings. but last time I play Need for Speed Heat, my fps is going down and I can see my CPU usage is 60-80% sometimes.

Full Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
RX 6600xt
2x8gb 2667 Ram (cant go to 3200mhz because of procie)
Asrock b450M steel legend
Corsair 750w

Given that the GPU is generally more powerful than the CPU I think a bottleneck could be possible.

The recommended CPU for a 6600xt is the Ryzen 5 5600X, which has 3.7 Ghz vs 3.4 in yours.

The difference is not that bad though, might look at trying the GPU in a different PC, see if that still happens. Could also be a CPU problem, might inspect it visually, see if its overheating.
