CPU too hot !!

When I'm running my games on high end settings my CPU is reaching temps of around 50 to 55 degrees C.

Is this too hot should I be worried ?

not at all, Hot CPU temps are around 85+ thats when you should be worried, but anything under 75 and you are all good and safe

55 is a very good temperature to be operating at,

55C under load is just fine.
