CPU Troubles Praise Gaben

Hello mates, my computer was working fine but then I moved it to a different location and now whenever I try to turn on the pc all fans start running besides the CPU fan, There's no signal to the monitor and I have no clue. Can someone please help!

Did a wire get stuck in the CPU fan? Did the plug for the CPU fan come loose? Did the 4 pin CPU power connector come loose from.yhe motherboard, did the main power connector come loose from the motherboard?

I made sure of all those and still nothing. One thing I also noticed was that the led's for The case aren't on even though the fans are running(except CPU of course). Could this be a factor something with the case connections??
