I have an Intel Core I5 3380M 2.9ghz, 2 cores, 4 threads. 3.4ghz turbo frequency.
I assume that Turbo Boost is not working. Why? I have monitored my CPU with CPU-Z software. Frequency shown is 2890mhz, which is normal speed. I want to know how can I see Boost frequency? And how to use it.
Thank you.

I want to know how can I see turbo frequency.
Also temperature is 40 in idle, 60 while running game. Usage at 35%.

Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.01 accelerates processor and graphics performance for peak loads, automatically allowing processor cores to run faster than the rated operating frequency if they’re operating below power, current, and temperature specification limits. Whether the processor enters into Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 and the amount of time the processor spends in that state depends on the workload and operating environment.

Okay, that means it will show more than 2.9ghz freq, it shows 3.4ghz and 3.6ghz among 2.9.
Of course after I rebooted my pc with disabling and enabling intel virtual technology.
Anyway. Thank you for your time. I solved it already.
