Cpu underclocked amd fx 4130

Hey I was using the amd fx 4130 proccser with motherbaord gigabyte ga-78lmt-s2rev1.1 for past 1 year I dont have any problem with but suddenly after starting the system after showing my bios logo it's saying that "the system doesn't support the cpu so it will underclocked to maintain it's stability".
Don't know how please help me.

Did you reset CMOS/BIOS ?

Turn off all power, unplug from the wall, press Start button for few seconds, At the bottom of MB, just left from Front panel connector, there are two metal pins labeled CLR_CMOS, connect them with a metal object like a small screwdriver for few seconds. That should bring BIOS to factory defaults.
