[SOLVED] CPU underclocking

Hello , i have recently got a new laptop MSI GL65 Leopard ( i7-10750H , RTX 2070 ) , and it was running pretty hot at times under load . so i decided to underclock and undervolt my cpu . I am currently running at a stable -0.90mV Offset and i've underclocked to 3.7ghz (37 from 45 ) and i have been getting some very impressive results , when playing warzone i've went from 95°C cpu temp to 70-75°C with no impact on performance. Could this hurt my cpu lifespan ?

Exactly opposite. It will improve your CPU lifespan due to lower work temperature.
