So i believe that my CPU is underperforming. I ran a benchmark on prime95 and my PC just crashed. When i play games my pc stutters. I believe that it is my CPU causing these issues. I ran a benchmark on Novabench and my PC is running below average overall. Does anybody know how to fix this or do i have to buy a new CPU? Here are some screenshots from a gaming session.

Specs

i7-4790k @ 4.0GHz
Gtx 1080 FTW
24GB RAM
ASROCk z97extreme3
PSU: Corsair RM750

Note: Screenshots taken when i had 8GB ram as oppose to 24.

Solution
Max CPU temp is 82 so no thermal throttling. Run Cinebench R15 and post your score. If you run Prime95 only use v26.6 because other versions use AVX instruction set which will cause your CPU to reach max temp and possibly crash.

Download something like HWMonitor and take a screenshot in the middle of game play, it shows much more than what you're using in the way of CPU Utilization, Temps, Core Clocks, and Fan speed. Please take a screenshot of those four things for your CPU and provide them, plus the cooler you have currently. The GPU temps seem out of the ordinary too, but if its the GTX 1080 Founders Edition, they're quite normal.

Im currently using the stock fan given with the CPU but overall my temps are pretty good. Heres a screenshot of usage and temps during gameplay.
