CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8 Core 16 Threads 3.6Ghz, Zen 2
I have used userbenchmark to test my PC and it says that my CPU is performing way below expectations and that i should be getting triple the FPS that i do in some games. If anyone can help me fix this, that would be greatly appreciated.

My Benchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/30053353

Solution
It's at 95 degrees Celsius when running the benchmark and my BIOS is up to date
Way to hot either your cooler is not mounted right, have very poor case airflow, motherboard putting way to much voltage to the processor or a combination of those.

I would buy a decent cooler for it anyhow after seeing what the problem is.
As Phaaze88 and Zerk2012 wrote make sure the cooler is installed properly, and that the case is well ventilated.

Userbenchmark is a real piece of garbage in many ways, but is not horrible to detect this kind of really bad behaviors.
The benchmark it runs is not a really heavy one so going 95°C while testing is because something was done really bad while putting the PC togheter.

Check everythning back.

Did you use the stock cooler, or are you using an aftermarket one?
